cardiovascular workout and toning exercise for the
arms, abs and back.
in the philipppines, each pair of ZIPS costs 995 pesos
and comes with a pouch and colored instructional
booklet.
you can purchase your pair of ZIPS from an instructor
or from the stores listed below.
if you'd like to take ZIPS lessons, you must first
know that lessons are divided into three categories-
BEGINNER, INTERMEDIATE, and ADVANCED. Each category is
comprised of 8 LESSONS.
your first lesson is only 150 pesos. succeeding
lessons are then 350 pesos or you can choose to take
8 lessons for the set rate of 2,250
pesos (consumable within a 3 month time). these
lessons will guide you through 10 extensive classes,
guaranteed to have you Zipping in no time!
you are not required to buy a pair of ZIPS to join the
classes, instructors have training sets available :)
